About the role
The Lancashire Teaching Agency, working with Lancashire County Council, is offering Early Career Teachers (ECTs) a pool of teaching opportunities across schools in the Lancaster area. This role provides supply cover, fixed‑term and permanent positions while supporting your professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver teaching and learning support in Lancashire schools as required.
- Participate in a structured Continuous Professional Development programme.
- Collaborate with a personal consultant to plan career progression.
- Undertake necessary safeguarding duties, including a DBS check.
Required profile
- Early Career Teacher nearing the end of teacher training.
- Commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
- Willingness to work in various school settings on a supply or fixed‑term basis.
