E‑Commerce Assistant – Digital Trade Team

About the role

Harrods is seeking an enthusiastic E‑Commerce Assistant to join its Digital Trade team. You will support the online merchandising and trade operations, ensuring the luxury department store’s digital presence remains compelling and data‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain custom site edits such as Bestsellers, Exclusives, Just In, and Trends.
• Analyse Google Analytics data to extract insights and recommend actions.
• Update, maintain and merchandise category pages with newly published products.
• Support brand communications and trade reporting.
• Assist with stakeholder communications and execute trading actions.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with retail or e‑commerce experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and confidence in stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work collaboratively.
• Desire to learn and grow within a luxury retail environment.
