E‑commerce Trading Assistant (French Market)

About the role

We are looking for an E‑commerce Trading Assistant to manage the day‑to‑day trading of Saucony.com across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on the French market. The role combines product setup, content accuracy, and data‑driven optimisation to deliver a best‑in‑class online experience for runners.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily trading of Saucony’s EMEA e‑commerce sites, ensuring French site content is accurate and culturally relevant.
• Set up product launches with correct pricing, imagery, descriptions and categorisation.
• Prepare the sites for seasonal launches, sales and marketing campaigns.
• Proofread and refine French‑language copy, offering content suggestions.
• Merchandise product list pages using Salesforce Commerce Cloud sorting rules.
• Configure and QA promotions, coupon codes and onsite messaging.
• Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ContentSquare to inform trading decisions and contribute to weekly reporting.
• Conduct regular QA checks with internal teams to maintain site accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with Content, Design and Marketing teams to deliver a cohesive digital experience.

Required profile

• Native French speaker.
• Strong attention to detail with a commercial and customer‑first mindset.
• Analytical and curious approach; confident with Excel.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, ideas‑driven and solutions‑focused.
