Education Recruitment Consultant – Leeds

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals and client visits.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with schools, ensuring repeat business and identifying additional staffing needs.
• Source, interview and register teachers, teaching assistants, cover supervisors and support staff.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle from client brief to candidate placement, including daily bookings and emergency cover.
• Provide consultative advice on recruitment trends, salary benchmarking and staffing solutions.
• Negotiate rates, terms of business and placement details with both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong business acumen.
• Money‑motivated attitude and drive to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, ambitious approach.
• Previous experience in recruitment or B2B sales.
