Education, Training & Employment Coordinator

About the role

The Education, Training & Employment Coordinator will provide person‑centred support to individuals, helping them overcome barriers and achieve sustainable outcomes in education, training or work. You will manage a caseload, develop tailored action plans and deliver coaching, workshops and digital‑skills sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and create personalised education, training and employment plans.
• Design and deliver employability programmes, confidence‑building workshops and digital‑skills sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, colleges, training providers and support agencies.
• Broker volunteering, work placements and learning opportunities for clients.
• Maintain accurate case records, monitor outcomes and use data to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience supporting individuals facing barriers to employment, education or training.
• Strong one‑to‑one coaching, mentoring and employability guidance abilities.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and develop personalised action plans.
• Experience delivering group workshops and building partnerships with external agencies.
• Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and data‑protection principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management systems.
• Competence in using databases.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Salary £31,135 rising incrementally to £33,635 per year.
• 37‑hour, Monday‑to‑Friday work week.
