Electrical Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead on‑site electrical works on commercial projects across London. The role offers a clear progression path towards Electrical Project Manager positions within a growing M&E contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day electrical installation works on site.
• Manage site supervisors, subcontractors and direct labour.
• Coordinate with the main contractor and other trades to maintain the programme.
• Monitor progress and report against key milestones.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS and site procedures.
• Maintain quality control standards and oversee inspections.
• Support commercial processes including variations and change management.
• Assist with testing, commissioning and hand‑over documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager or Senior Electrical Site Manager within the UK M&E sector.
• Strong background delivering commercial projects and managing electrical packages on medium to large‑scale developments.
• Good understanding of programme management and site logistics.
• SMSTS and CSCS (Manager level) preferred.
