Electrical Design Manager – Telecoms (Remote)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Manager to join a leading UK telecoms infrastructure provider on a government‑backed project delivering cellular connectivity to remote areas. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while collaborating with a senior design team.
Key responsibilities
- Design critical power systems for communication networks.
- Mentor and support junior engineers.
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of designs.
Required profile
- Level 4 NICEIC / City & Guilds 2396 qualification.
- Proven experience in the telecoms industry, preferably on Cellnex projects.
- Willingness to work remotely.
