Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Commercial Office Site

About the role
We are seeking an experienced, fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a high‑end commercial office site in Central London (Aldgate). This permanent, full‑time position offers a Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm schedule with competitive salary and overtime opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive issues on site.
- Maintain and troubleshoot power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and control systems.
- Carry out fault‑finding, diagnosis, and repairs.
- Coordinate with external contractors as required.
Required profile
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or an equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Proven experience in commercial electrical maintenance.
