Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Commercial Office Site

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a high‑end commercial office site in Central London (Aldgate). This permanent, full‑time position offers a Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm schedule with competitive salary and overtime opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive issues on site.
• Maintain and troubleshoot power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and control systems.
• Carry out fault‑finding, diagnosis, and repairs.
• Coordinate with external contractors as required.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Proven experience in commercial electrical maintenance.
