Electrical Service Sales Executive (Hybrid)

About the role

This position is a full‑time Electrical Service Sales Executive supporting the electrical/electronics industry. After an initial training period the role will be hybrid, combining remote work with office presence in Letchworth Garden City.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming customer calls and emails promptly.
• Respond to enquiries and leads within company‑defined timescales.
• Proactively chase, quote, and close live enquiries.
• Create accurate quotations and convert them into sales orders.
• Maintain the CRM system, logging all activities and ensuring quotes progress to orders.
• Monitor the sales inbox and acknowledge new leads quickly.
• Coordinate with Business Development Managers on account visits, quote generation and follow‑up.
• Escalate potential issues to the Head of Sales and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Understanding of electrical systems or electronics.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Good IT proficiency.
• Team‑player able to meet strict deadlines.
• Effective time‑management and ability to work at all organisational levels.
