Electrician – Commercial & Industrial Sites

About the role

Join a well‑established organisation operating across the UK and Ireland as an Electrician supporting a growing portfolio of high‑street and commercial estates. This home‑based position covers Greater London with regular travel to sites throughout the South of England.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, testing and installations on existing and new sites.
• Support electrical fit‑outs for new openings and refurbishments.
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and building standards.
• Manage inspection, testing and certification records, including PAT testing and emergency lighting.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, raise material requisitions and maintain stock records.
• Complete job sheets promptly and produce accurate audit reports.

Required profile

• 18th Edition wiring regulations qualification.
• JIB Approved Electrician status.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations for electrical installations.
• Experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
