Electrician – Commercial Site, Oxford (4‑week contract)

About the role
We are seeking qualified electricians to join a commercial project in Oxford for a four‑week assignment. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a full 40‑hour workday from 07:30 to 16:00.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out first‑fix containment and single‑core wiring across the site.
- Perform second‑fix tasks including installation of lighting fixtures and power sockets.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records and provide references for completed work.
Required profile
- Valid JIB or ECS card.
- Ability to provide recent work references.
- Flexibility to work either as a contractor (CIS) or PAYE employee.
Required skills
- First‑fix containment installation
- Single‑core electrical wiring
- Second‑fix lighting installation
- Socket and power point fitting
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £30.00 PH on a CIS, UMB or LTD basis.
- Alternative PAYE rate of £22.00 PH if preferred.
