Electrician – Residential Ventilation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our team, focusing on the installation, replacement, testing and commissioning of domestic extractor ventilation systems in residential properties across London, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Remove and replace existing extractor fans in homes.
• Install new kitchen and bathroom extraction systems.
• Wire, test and commission extractor fans and associated controls.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues related to ventilation.
• Carry out minor remedial electrical works where required.
• Ensure all work complies with BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
• Record completed work using company paperwork or digital systems.
• Maintain excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
• Follow company health & safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools and stock levels.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• AM2 qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience working in domestic residential properties.
• Strong fault‑finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload.
