Electrician (Solar PV / Flexible Hours)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrician with Solar PV expertise to join a well‑established company delivering solar panel and battery storage solutions across a local patch in Cheltenham. The role offers flexible hours, regular early finishes and a strong focus on work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Install and maintain solar panels and battery storage systems for residential clients.
• Collaborate with a team of two electricians and two roofers on site.
• Cover a defined local patch around Cheltenham, travelling to job sites as required.
• Work Monday‑Friday, typically 8 am‑4 pm with the possibility of early finishes.

Required profile

• Qualified electrician with proven Solar PV experience.
• Comfortable working on residential projects and within a small team.
• Committed to delivering high‑quality service and maintaining safety standards.
