EMEA Head of Ecommerce (Amazon & DTC)

About the role

Amazfit is seeking an experienced leader to own and scale its Amazon and Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) business across the EMEA region. Reporting to the EMEA General Manager, you will be responsible for commercial performance, brand growth, and long‑term ecommerce development.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Amazon and DTC profit‑and‑loss across all EMEA markets.
• Define and execute mid‑ and long‑term ecommerce strategy aligned with regional and global goals.
• Lead Amazon content strategy, including A+ content, Brand Stores, and lifecycle optimization.
• Develop joint business plans with Amazon Vendor Managers and drive growth through pricing, bundling, and promotional events such as Prime Day and Black Friday.
• Scale the EU DTC channel, aligning brand storytelling, product launches, and performance‑marketing initiatives.
• Lead demand planning, inventory forecasting, and operational readiness for product launches.

Required profile

• Proven senior ecommerce leadership experience, preferably within Amazon and DTC environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Excellent strategic thinking and ability to translate regional objectives into actionable plans.
