EMEA Key Account Manager

About the role

Invesco, a leading independent global investment firm, is recruiting an EMEA Key Account Manager in Henley-on-Thames. The role is a dedicated relationship manager focused on maintaining and growing strategic client partnerships and positioning Invesco as a trusted long-term partner. It is full-time and exempt.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic client relationships across EMEA and strengthen Invesco's position as a trusted investment partner
• Shape the evolution of the KAM function by strengthening strategic client planning, coordination and client-centric solutions
• Build partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to advance strategic priorities and support seamless key account delivery
• Engage senior leadership at priority clients to strengthen relationships and drive long-term growth
• Develop and deliver bespoke client training programmes and thought leadership events such as Cambridge ISIP, and lead their end-to-end execution
• Maintain market-leading investment expertise and insights while upholding regulatory compliance

Required profile

• Proven track record in financial services, consulting or related sectors, with strong senior client relationship management skills and a history of exceeding targets
• Good understanding of the asset management industry and the technical expertise to engage sophisticated clients
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent, or IMC, CFAD
