Employability Progressions Coach

About the role

We are seeking an Employability Progressions Coach to join our growing apprenticeship training provider. The role is hybrid, requiring attendance at our London office twice a week, and involves guiding job‑seekers through the entire employment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver employability workshops covering CV writing, cover letters, LinkedIn profile optimisation and interview techniques.
• Provide one‑to‑one coaching sessions to help candidates self‑source job opportunities and manage their application process.
• Support candidates in developing enhanced CVs, cover letters and tailored LinkedIn profiles.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings and business‑development activities to build sustainable employment pathways.
• Track candidate progress and ensure proactive engagement throughout the job‑search cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting individuals into employment, preferably within a training or apprenticeship setting.
• Demonstrated ability to run workshops and deliver one‑to‑one coaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate empowerment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in London twice per week.
