Employee Benefits Consultant – Dual Skilling Role

About the role

Join a leading UK healthcare and insurance business as an Employee Benefits Consultant. You will develop dual expertise across Group Risk and Private Medical Insurance, supporting a portfolio of small to mid‑size clients while receiving structured training and mentorship from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of Group Risk and PMI clients.
• Drive growth within the portfolio by anticipating client needs.
• Communicate regularly with clients via Teams calls.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and insurers.
• Develop new product lines and evolve dual expertise with full support.
• Maintain accurate and compliant client documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in either Group Risk or Private Medical Insurance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn both product areas.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for client communication.
