Employee Experience & Community Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Employee Experience & Community Engagement Specialist will design and deliver programmes that create an engaging employee journey from recruitment through onboarding and beyond, while strengthening our organisational culture and employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver employee experience programmes that improve engagement, inclusion and retention.
• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding journey, coordinating induction schedules and developing digital resources.
• Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges and community organisations, managing campus recruitment events and CSR activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to enhance the employer brand on LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other channels, creating content that showcases culture and employee stories.
• Analyse employee feedback, engagement surveys and social media metrics to recommend continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, employee experience, campus recruitment or related areas.
• Proven ability to manage projects, organise events and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor) and their analytics tools.
