About the role
We are seeking an Employee Incentives Solicitor to join our London team, working with listed companies, financial institutions and multinationals on share‑plan and executive remuneration matters.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement employee share plans and incentive structures.
- Advise on tax‑advantaged schemes such as EMI and CSOP.
- Support M&A, restructuring and capital‑markets transactions from an incentives perspective.
- Provide guidance on management equity, executive pay governance and regulatory considerations.
- Draft incentive documentation and liaise with regulators.
Required profile
- 2–6 years post‑qualification experience in employee incentives, share plans or executive compensation.
- Background in a top‑tier or international law firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax, corporate and governance issues.
- Commercial, collaborative and client‑focused approach.
