Employee Relations Advisor – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Eurobase People is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will sit within the HR team and focus on high‑volume employee relations casework, primarily for the Insurance division, delivering expert advice and managing investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume caseload covering disciplinary, grievance, capability, conduct, absence, long‑term sickness and performance improvement plans.
• Lead workplace investigations, produce detailed reports and attend formal hearings.
• Coach and influence managers to build confidence in handling people issues.
• Provide specialist advice on UK employment legislation and ACAS Codes of Practice.
• Identify and proactively mitigate employee relations risks.
• Support restructures, redundancies, TUPE transfers and consultation exercises.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an Employee Relations, HR Advisor or similar specialist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS Codes of Practice.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex ER cases from inception to resolution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
