Employee Relations Advisor – Glasgow (Remote possible)

About the role

We are seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join a collaborative People Team within a well‑established, multi‑site organisation. The role is predominantly home‑based and offers the chance to partner with managers on complex people matters while delivering a positive colleague experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Coach and advise managers on employee relations issues and UK employment legislation.
• Support investigations, hearings and formal disciplinary processes.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders across the business.
• Use people insight to drive fair, consistent and commercially sound decisions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an Employee Relations or HR advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Confidence managing complex ER cases independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coaching abilities.
• Pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach with sound commercial judgement.
