Employment Associate – Leeds (3‑4 Years PQE)

About the role

We are partnering with a top‑tier Legal 500 accredited firm to expand their Employment team in Leeds. The role offers a blend of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, allowing you to manage your own caseload while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a mix of contentious and advisory employment matters.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, nurturing new and existing business.
• Support transactional teams on corporate, commercial, restructuring and insolvency projects.
• Assist senior colleagues on complex cases and mentor junior solicitors.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and deliver training sessions, both in‑person and virtually.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years post‑qualification experience as a corporate associate.
• Strong corporate law knowledge with solid commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to manage workload independently and contribute to transactions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ambition to develop expertise across the full spectrum of corporate work.

Required skills
