About the role

Join a nationally recognised Employment team at a top‑tier Legal 500 law firm. You will work on high‑profile employment litigation, representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings across both public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advocacy in a broad range of employment litigation matters.
• Represent clients at Employment Tribunal hearings and manage full case lifecycles.
• Provide strategic legal advice and commercially focused solutions.
• Mentor and support junior team members, developing their advocacy skills.
• Collaborate closely with solicitors and clients to deliver exceptional service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in employment law.
• Proven track record of Employment Tribunal advocacy.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, high‑performing team.
