About the role
We are seeking an experienced Employment Barrister to join our Manchester office. The role involves full‑time advocacy on employment matters for a diverse client base across the private and public sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct advocacy in all areas of employment‑related litigation, including Employment Tribunal proceedings.
- Lead the internal advocacy team and mentor junior members.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across a growing portfolio.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in employment law.
- Proven track record of successful advocacy in Employment Tribunals.
- Experience in mentoring or developing junior team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
Required skills
- Outstanding advocacy and negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
