Employment Knowledge Lawyer – Training & Development

About the role

This part‑time position is ideal for a qualified employment lawyer who wants to shift focus from fee‑earning work to knowledge management and training. You will support a top‑tier regional firm’s employment team by developing and delivering internal and client‑focused training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate internal team training and arrange sessions with external providers.
• Organise and deliver client training, including public courses.
• Develop a sales strategy for training products within the employment team.
• Manage the webinar programme and host webinars, podcasts and related content.
• Prepare and distribute online newsletters and quarterly client updates.

Required profile

• At least 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) with a solid technical understanding of employment law.
• Strong client‑care abilities and confidence when interacting with people.
• Proficiency with social media and technology tools.
