Employment Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking qualified Employment Lawyers at both senior and junior levels to join our team and support major corporate clients across the UK. The role involves providing expert legal advice and actively improving client operations through smarter, technology‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of employment matters, with a strong focus on Employment Tribunal work.
• Engage directly with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and adding strategic value.
• Challenge and enhance existing client processes, proposing more efficient, tech‑enabled approaches.
• Handle both contentious and non‑contentious issues including dismissals, TUPE, discrimination, redundancy and workplace policies.

Required profile

• Qualified Employment Lawyer (any PQE level) with proven experience in Employment Tribunal and litigation matters.
• Ability to advise on both contentious and non‑contentious employment issues.
• Comfortable engaging with business stakeholders at all levels.
• Available to start within the next few weeks for an approximate three‑month assignment.

Required skills

• Experience in Employment Tribunal and litigation work.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including dismissals, TUPE, discrimination, redundancy and workplace policies.
