Employment Litigation & Tribunal Paralegal (6‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking an Employment Litigation & Tribunal Paralegal to join a US‑based law firm’s London office on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will support the legal team throughout all stages of employment disputes and tribunal proceedings, ensuring efficient case management and high‑quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with day‑to‑day case management and preparation of filings and bundles.
• Conduct legal and factual due diligence and maintain a claims register and case tracker for multiple claimants.
• Prepare and update trial bundles, liaise with clients, opposing counsel, internal teams and external advisers.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the litigation team.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and reasoning abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including occasional overtime.
• Undergraduate degree and relevant experience as a paralegal or legal assistant within a litigation team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.
• Familiarity with Relativity and third‑party e‑bundle platforms.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £36,000 and £43,000 per year, dependent on experience.
