Employment Partner – Senior Employment Solicitor (Partner Level)

About the role

An exciting senior‑level opportunity has opened for an Employment Partner within a Legal 500‑ranked firm based in Bournemouth. The role is designed for a solicitor with over eight years of post‑qualification experience who is ready to take on partnership responsibilities and drive the growth of the Employment practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex employment law transactions and matters.
• Develop and grow the Employment team, mentoring junior lawyers.
• Provide strategic advice to both employees and employers on settlement agreements, tribunal claims, redundancy, restrictive covenants, TUPE, wrongful and unfair dismissal, and other employment issues.
• Maintain technical expertise in high‑value, complex employment cases.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years post‑qualification experience in employment law.
• Proven experience advising both employees and employers on a full range of employment matters.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a practice and manage client relationships.
• Business immigration experience is an advantage.
