Employment Solicitor (1-3 PQE) – Hybrid

About the role
HF is seeking a Solicitor with 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience to join its national Employment team. The role is permanent, hybrid, and based flexibly across any HF office with a requirement to attend the office two days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general employment advisory services to health, social care and third‑sector clients.
- Manage complex contentious and non‑contentious matters, including high‑profile employment tribunal claims.
- Advise on reorganisations, redundancies and healthcare‑specific legislation.
- Support business development and marketing activities alongside the Client Services team.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years PQE in employment law.
- Experience advising health, social care or third‑sector organisations; NHS experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle tribunal claims and conduct employment litigation files.
- Interest in business development and client relationship management.
