Employment Solicitor – 2-4 Years PQE – Hybrid – Devon

About the role

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a well‑established law firm in Devon. The role offers hybrid working, high‑quality client work and genuine career progression within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on both contentious and non‑contentious employment law matters.
• Manage a varied caseload including day‑to‑day HR advice, drafting contracts, policies and procedures.
• Handle disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE transfer and restructuring issues.
• Prepare settlement agreements and represent clients in Employment Tribunal claims.
• Provide commercially focused, practical legal solutions to a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to national businesses.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2–4 years PQE.
• Experience advising employers on employment law matters.
