Employment Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) – London

About the role

We are partnering with a growing law firm to recruit an Employment Solicitor with 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience. The successful candidate will join a dynamic Employment team in London, handling a broad mix of contentious and non‑contentious matters for employer clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise employer clients on disciplinary, grievance and redundancy processes, including TUPE and business transfers.
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims and senior executive exits, negotiating settlements.
• Draft and review employment contracts, service agreements, staff handbooks and HR policies.
• Provide HR advisory support and advise on employee incentive arrangements and share schemes.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• 5+ years PQE in Employment law, predominantly advising employer clients.
• Proven experience in both contentious and non‑contentious matters.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Commercially focused and solution‑driven approach.
