Employment Solicitor – 2+ Years PQE

About the role

Our client, a well‑established law firm in Feltham, is looking for an Employment Solicitor with at least two years post‑qualification experience. You will manage a varied caseload of both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, advising employers and employees while developing your legal career.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistleblowing and TUPE matters.
• Provide guidance on restrictive covenants and post‑termination restrictions.
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements.
• Manage cases from initial instruction through to conclusion.
• Deliver commercially focused legal advice and high‑quality client service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case progression.
• Support business development and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet billing and performance targets.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 2+ years PQE in employment law.
• Experience advising both employers and employees.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of employment matters.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercially minded and proactive.
