About the role
We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with 3‑8 years PQE to join a growing employment team in Suffolk. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to handle high‑quality, city‑level matters across both contentious and non‑contentious employment law.
Key responsibilities
- Support senior partners with a varied caseload of employment matters.
- Provide advice on both contentious and non‑contentious employment issues.
- Deliver city‑quality legal work for a diverse commercial client base.
- Maintain strong client relationships across multiple sectors.
Required profile
- 3+ years post‑qualification experience handling employment law matters.
- Background in a reputable regional or London law firm.
- Proven track record advising across a range of sectors.
- Ability to manage both contentious and non‑contentious cases.
