About the role

We are seeking a confident Employment Solicitor with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join a thriving Legal 500 firm. The position offers a hybrid working model, competitive salary and the chance to work on a broad range of employment matters for both employers and employees.

Key responsibilities

Handle redundancies and settlement agreements.
Manage restructuring projects and TUPE‑related M&A work.
Conduct contract reviews and provide day‑to‑day advisory services.
Collaborate closely with the head of department, senior lawyers and support staff.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years PQE in employment law.
Proactive, confident and able to manage an independent caseload.
Local candidate preferred to minimise commute.
Business development experience is a plus.
