Employment Solicitor – 3‑6 PQE – Oxford

About the role

We are seeking an Employment Solicitor with 3 to 6 years post‑qualification experience to join a top‑100 UK law firm in Oxford. The role offers a mix of advisory work, litigation, and the opportunity to support corporate transactions and immigration matters within a collaborative, hybrid‑working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters for SMEs to multinational organisations.
• Conduct Employment Tribunal litigation and provide strategic, day‑to‑day advice.
• Support corporate transactions, projects and, where relevant, immigration work.
• Contribute to business development and strengthen client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 3‑6 years PQE and solid experience in employment law.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and deliver commercially focused advice.
• Organised, proactive and eager to engage in business development.
• Team‑oriented with strong client‑relationship skills.

Required skills

• Employment law expertise.
• Experience in Employment Tribunal litigation.
• Knowledge of corporate transactions and immigration matters (optional).
