About the role

A leading law firm is expanding its Employment team and seeks an Employment Solicitor to provide both contentious and non‑contentious advice. The role combines client‑focused legal work with business development in a collaborative, modern environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of employment law matters, both contentious and non‑contentious.
• Deliver commercially‑focused, practical legal solutions to a diverse client base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the Employment department.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in Employment Law.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Commercially minded and proactive approach.
• Enthusiastic about business development and team growth.
• Ability to manage a varied workload confidently.

Required skills

• Employment Law expertise (3+ years PQE).
