Employment Solicitor – Fully Remote Associate Role

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Employment Solicitor to join a rapidly expanding niche employment law practice. Working fully remotely, you will report directly to the Managing Partner and handle a mix of contentious and non‑contentious matters for both claimants and respondents.

Key responsibilities

• Represent individuals and employers across the full spectrum of employment law issues.
• Manage both contentious and non‑contentious cases, ensuring high‑quality client service.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 chargeable hours per week, focusing on client conversions.
• Collaborate with support staff who handle engagement letters and billing.
• Utilise drip‑fed hot leads to generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law or a related litigation mix.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Strong commitment to client care and service excellence.
