Employment Solicitor – Fully Remote

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Employment Solicitor to join a rapidly expanding niche employment law practice. The role is fully remote and reports directly to the Managing Partner, offering the flexibility to set your own schedule while meeting a minimum of 25 chargeable hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Handle both contentious and non‑contentious employment law matters for claimants and respondents.
• Represent individuals and employers across the full spectrum of employment disputes.
• Convert hot leads into new client engagements, with all administrative support provided.
• Maintain high standards of client care and build lasting professional relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law or a related litigation mix.
• Strong communicator with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality legal advice and services.

Required skills

• Expertise in UK employment legislation and case law.
• Experience in both claimant and respondent work.
• Ability to manage chargeable hours and meet conversion targets.
