About the role

Oculus Legal Group is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor / Associate to join its Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked Employment team in High Wycombe. You will work on a varied caseload for national and international clients, handling both contentious and non‑contentious matters.

Key responsibilities

Employment litigation and High Court claims
Business reorganisations and restructures, including TUPE matters
Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
Contract disputes and restrictive covenants
Senior executive advisory work
General day‑to‑day employment support for corporate clients

Required profile

Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law
Ambitious and able to manage complex, high‑value matters
Strong analytical and advisory skills
Collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a partner‑led team
