Employment Solicitor – Hybrid (4 Days WFH)

About the role
We are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join our boutique practice, working primarily on respondent matters for blue-chip and household-brand clients. The role offers a hybrid model with four days remote work per week and the chance to develop within a supportive, high-performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage respondent employment cases, both contentious and non-contentious.
- Review and advise on employment contracts, policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on termination of employment and draft settlement agreements.
- Support corporate transactions, including commercial agreements.
- Represent clients in employment tribunal hearings.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
- Proven ability to run own respondent matters; claimant experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and advisory skills within a commercial environment.

- Salary between £50,000 and £70,000 per annum.
