About the role
The firm is expanding its Employment Law department and seeks an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a collaborative team of over 25 professionals in Brighton & Hove. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to shape the practice’s strategy and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters, from advisory work to dispute resolution.
- Provide high‑quality client service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and help attract new clients.
- Assist in scaling the department, including recruiting and mentoring junior staff.
Required profile
- Proven experience practising employment law.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to build client relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and clear communication.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Ability to draft legal documents and provide strategic advice.
