About the role

Our client, a top‑tier international law firm, is expanding its highly regarded Employment practice in London. They are seeking a qualified Employment Solicitor to join a collaborative team that advises leading organisations on complex employment matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on executive appointments, exits and high‑value cross‑border projects.
• Handle contentious and non‑contentious matters, including workplace investigations, restructuring, outsourcing and trade‑secret protection.
• Lead equality and diversity initiatives and manage high‑stakes Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.
• Provide strategic counsel to both private and public sector clients on sensitive employment issues.

Required profile

• UK‑qualified solicitor with 2‑6 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong employment law background gained within a reputable law firm.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both contentious and advisory work.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience with cross‑border employment matters.
• Proficiency in handling Employment Tribunal and High Court proceedings.
