Employment Solicitor – London

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is looking for a talented Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded Employment team in Central London. You will handle a varied caseload of both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters within a supportive culture that values professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on misconduct, grievances, sickness absence and TUPE matters.
• Draft and manage Employment Tribunal litigation, including advocacy when required.
• Prepare Settlement Agreements for employers and employees.
• Handle industrial relations issues, strike action and restructures.
• Conduct due diligence on projects and provide client training.
• Support partners on complex matters and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• 2–6 years post‑qualification experience in Employment Law.
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and resilient under pressure.
