Employment Solicitor – NQ to 3 PQE, Oxford

About the role

We are seeking an Employment Solicitor with between NQ and three years PQE to join a top‑100 UK law firm in Oxford. The role offers a mix of contentious tribunal work, strategic advisory projects and day‑to‑day HR matters, with the chance to broaden expertise into immigration law.

Key responsibilities

• Advise SMEs, national and international clients on a wide range of employment issues.
• Manage contentious tribunal claims and provide strategic guidance to senior executives.
• Handle routine HR queries and support business development initiatives.
• Contribute to client relationship management and practice growth.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with NQ‑3 years PQE experience in employment law.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong commercial mindset and excellent client care skills.
• Organised, proactive and motivated to develop business.
