End User Support Specialist – Onsite EUC Engineer

About the role

Wipro is seeking an End User Support Specialist to provide on‑site EUC (End User Computing) services for its client in London. You will work directly with end users, including VIP and senior stakeholders, delivering high‑quality desktop support and ensuring a seamless technology experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site desktop support for Windows 11 devices, handling hardware diagnostics, break/fix, device swaps and peripheral issues.
• Log, categorise and resolve incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool, aiming for high first‑time‑fix rates.
• Escalate unresolved tickets according to client procedures and SLAs, and route tickets to appropriate resolver groups.
• Participate in on‑site meetings, operational drills and corporate IT exercises as required.
• Maintain clear documentation, ticket updates and handovers throughout the support lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
• Solid understanding of Active Directory/Entra ID and user/account management.
• Experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager for device compliance, Autopilot and laptop build management.
• Ability to troubleshoot VPN, MFA and network connectivity (LAN/Wi‑Fi) issues.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when supporting VIP users.
