Enforcement Agent – Debt Recovery

About the role

Join a leading debt recovery specialist as an Enforcement Agent, responsible for recovering outstanding debts from residential and commercial customers across the UK. The role combines field visits, negotiation, and compliance with legal procedures to secure payments and protect client interests.

Key responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial addresses to carry out debt recovery activities.
• Complete income and expenditure assessments with customers.
• Negotiate affordable repayment arrangements and secure full payments where appropriate.
• Manage daily workload, appointments and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Take control of goods in line with regulations and company procedures when required.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings.
• Ability to travel to various locations across South East England.
