Engagement Lead – Service Development (3‑month secondment)

About the role

This 3‑month secondment as Engagement Lead will focus on service development and improvement within the RHS Care Hub. You will work closely with service users, their families and staff to embed co‑production, enhance quality, and drive positive experiences across mental health and learning disability services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse development opportunities and lead project‑management work streams.
• Deliver actions arising from peer reviews, quality strategy, audits and feedback.
• Improve service‑user experience and develop a sustainable health‑and‑wellbeing college for self‑management.
• Implement the Triangle of Care and Family and Carer Strategy.
• Develop co‑production processes, patient forums and experience dashboards in partnership with the Head of Quality.
• Support the creation of a specialist training programme for RHS staff.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision where required.

Required profile

• Passionate about improving experience for service users and their loved ones.
• Committed to collaborative working and co‑production.
• Experience in health or social care quality improvement or project delivery.
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including service users, families and multidisciplinary teams.
