About the role

Join Get Staff’s growing Engineering Division as a Recruitment Consultant based in Portsmouth. You will work in a vibrant office environment, helping engineering clients find permanent talent while building a lucrative career with uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage engineering candidates across sectors such as Fire & Security, HVAC, Lift & Escalator, and Electrical.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Achieve monthly billing targets and contribute to the division’s growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a recruitment setting, preferably within engineering.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/billing targets.
• Highly motivated, resilient and driven by results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
