Enterprise Account Executive – Europe (London)

About the role

Sift is expanding its go‑to‑market presence across Europe and is looking for a Founding Enterprise Account Executive based in London. You will own complex, high‑value sales cycles with engineering‑focused organisations, guiding customers through technical evaluations and closing deals that deliver measurable engineering value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities with engineering‑driven organisations across Europe.
• Prospect target accounts and build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Lead technical sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, pilots, and contract negotiation.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering and Product teams to align technical validation with commercial outcomes.
• Navigate procurement, legal, and security processes typical of enterprise and government‑adjacent environments.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to share field insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in highly technical enterprise sales, preferably within hardware, defense, or aerospace sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage long‑form sales cycles with engineering and executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable travelling across Europe for customer meetings, events, and technical evaluations.
• Strong understanding of telemetry, system architecture, and engineering challenges.
